Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious rooms with good noise isolation and convenient access to a supermarket. Sadly, cleanliness was an issue as an unpleasant smell emerged after a couple of days. The location was excellent for visiting the Wieliczka salt mine, but the lack of a pool was a downside.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but unfortunately, they were intolerably hot and noisy at times. On the bright side, the room was huge, clean, and had good noise isolation. Plus, having a supermarket practically in the hotel's parking lot was very convenient.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its clean and spacious rooms, although the view from the window wasn't the best. The room was nice and clean but a bit too hot for my liking. The ample storage space was a plus, and the size of the room was good.
The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the salt mine, offering clean and spacious rooms with good WiFi. The service was friendly, although there were some issues with communication. The location is ideal for exploring Malopolska with easy access to public transportation. The dining experience was a mix of high variety but also some disappointment. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement.
I was impressed by the modern and spacious rooms decorated in nice colors, but the dining experience left something to be desired with unexpected finds in the dishes. The service was generally friendly but a bit slow in the restaurant at times. The hotel's location was very convenient for visiting the Salt Mine, although it lacked a pool on-site.
The hotel had huge and very relaxing rooms with plush carpets and designer interior. While the rooms were clean, had good noise isolation, and were conveniently located near a supermarket in the parking lot, they weren't ready upon early afternoon arrival, which was frustrating.
The hotel had spacious rooms that were clean and very spacious, with good WiFi. The service was attentive and accommodating but a bit slow in the restaurant. The location was convenient for visiting Cracow and the Salt Mine. The dining options were excellent, with a variety of choices available. Overall, a great stay with some minor room issues and service delays.
I stayed at the hotel Maria and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and big, but some areas were still absolutely dirty from previous guests. The service was polite and helpful overall, but there were some instances of slow service, especially in the restaurant. The location was convenient for visiting the Salt Mine attraction nearby, but it wasn't the best overall. The dining experience was varied and of good quality, though some improvements could be made. The facilities were decent during my stay.
The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms, perfect for three adults, where you can relax, play games, or enjoy a good read. The service was exceptional, with kind and helpful staff willing to go out of their way to assist guests. The location, though not the best, is conveniently close to the Salt Mine attraction and accessible to Krakow. The dining experience was delightful, especially the continental breakfasts. The facilities provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
